At ELEKTRON India, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order. This policy explains how cancellations work and under what conditions they are accepted.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched.

If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order has already been dispatched:
The order cannot be cancelled.
You may still refuse delivery, but return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Refund will be processed only after the product is returned and inspected.
3. Custom or Special Orders
Customized or specially manufactured equipment cannot be cancelled once production has started.
4. Incorrect Information or Fraudulent Orders
ELEKTRON India reserves the right to cancel orders if:
Incorrect billing or shipping details are provided
Payment is incomplete or suspicious
The product is unavailable or discontinued
Fraudulent activity is detected
Full or partial refunds will be issued depending on the situation.
5. Refund Timeline
If an order is eligible for cancellation:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via original payment method, bank account, or UPI
Shipping or transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable
