This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or not working on delivery.
The product is incorrect compared to what you ordered.
To be eligible:
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product is physically damaged due to misuse.
Installation or operation is attempted incorrectly.
The product shows signs of wear, tampering, or unauthorized repair.
The issue is due to external electrical fault or environment.
More than 3 days have passed after delivery.
Customized or special-order items are also non-returnable.
3. Return Process

Order number
Product serial number
Invoice copy
Photos/videos of the defect
Once verified, we will approve the return and arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
4. Inspection After Return
After receiving the returned product:
Our technical team will inspect it.
Replacement or refund will be processed only after inspection is completed.
Inspection timeframe: 3–7 business days
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are approved only when:
The returned product meets all return conditions.
Replacement is not available due to stock issues.
Refunds will be processed to:
Bank account
UPI
Original payment method (where applicable)
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided if:
The product is damaged or defective on arrival
A wrong item was delivered
The item fails under its warranty conditions (as per warranty terms)
Replacements depend on product availability.
7. Wrong Address or Customer Error
Returns due to:
Incorrect address
Unavailability of customer
Incorrect product ordered by customer
will not be eligible for free return or refund.
Additional charges may apply.
8. Cancellation After Shipping
If you cancel the order after dispatch, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
